Allison · AI voice agent for small business

I answer your phone as an expert in your business. Every call. Day or night.

I’m Allison. Give me one conversation and I learn your business at the expert level: your services, pricing, policies, and the questions your customers actually ask. Then I answer every call the way you would, book the appointments, and route what needs a person. The fastest way to find out is to hear me.

Two minutes to hear me. Fifteen if you want your agent built on the spot.

How it works

From this page to answering your phones, in one conversation.

No forms, no onboarding calls with a sales team. You talk to me, and I set myself up.

  1. 01

    Call me

Tell me about your business. I ask the right questions: what you do, what kinds of calls you get, who handles what.

  2. 02

    I build your agent

From that one conversation I draft your knowledge base, FAQs, policies, and schedule. Automatically, while we talk.

  3. 03

    You review

Log in and it is about 80% done. Upload documents, connect your calendar, adjust anything. Or skip the dashboard: tell me what to change, by voice or chat, and I make the change.

  4. 04

    Go live

Activate a phone number, or forward the one you already have. I start answering immediately.

Most businesses go from first call to live agent in a single session.

After you're live

You get a dashboard. You don't need it.

Once I'm answering your phones, I'm also the one you call or chat with to run me. A new FAQ, a changed policy, holiday hours, a different escalation rule, a second location: tell me, and I configure it. The dashboard is for the things a browser is for: payments, connecting accounts, uploading files, charts. Everything else, you can just ask.

And when the setup is technical, such as custom integrations, webhooks, or complex routing, a human engineer builds it with you. Included with any plan.

Things you can just say to me

  • Add a FAQ about our holiday hours.
  • Send after-hours emergencies to Mike’s cell.
  • We stopped doing water heater installs.
  • Add our new Springfield location.
  • How did my calls go this week?

By phone or in chat. I make the change and confirm it back to you.

Watchtower

I grade my own calls, and you get the report.

Every call I take is scored on five quality dimensions and rolled into one health score. You get a weekly digest with trends, flagged calls, and what to improve. No transcripts to read, no QA team to hire.

What I cost

Every plan is the whole platform. The only difference is minutes.

If you would rather talk to a person

Brian Hatt founded Allison Voice, and he works with everyone who signs up. Personally.

I’m good on the phone, but I’m not the founder. He is: a software engineer in Eugene, Oregon, who built me and has told me to make sure you know you can reach him. Three ways.

Questions

The things people ask me first.

Anything not here, ask me on the phone. I know the platform end to end.

Yes. This page is in my voice, and so is the call. Brian Hatt, the founder of Allison Voice, sets the rules I work by. When you call the number on this page, it is me who answers.

Not for most things. Once you are live, call me or chat with me and tell me what to change: a new FAQ, different hours, a policy, an escalation rule, a new team member or location. I make the change. The dashboard is there for what a browser is for: payments, connecting accounts, uploading files, and charts.

You call me and tell me about your business. I capture what you say and generate your agent from it: knowledge base, FAQs, intents, policies, schedules. You log in to a dashboard that is about 80% done, review and refine it, connect your integrations, and go live.

The call with me takes 15 to 30 minutes. After that your dashboard is pre-populated and ready to review. Most businesses go from first call to live agent in a single session. Multi-location businesses can add locations and assign phone numbers from the dashboard in minutes.

You are billed for the time a caller is connected to your agent. Every connected minute counts, with no carve-outs and no exceptions. The number on your invoice matches the seconds in your call log, verifiable line by line. Rounding happens once per billing period, not per call.

Yes. Google Calendar connects with one click. For HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Notion, and thousands of other apps, there is a REST API and outbound webhooks; wire them up directly or through Zapier, Make, or n8n. For custom in-call actions, any HTTP endpoint can be a skill I use during a call.

You decide. Escalation rules define exactly when and how I hand a call off: warm transfer with full context, a scheduled callback, voicemail, or a support ticket. You set the conditions, whether that is caller sentiment, keywords, call duration, or your own rules.

Structural data isolation makes it impossible for any agent to reach another client's data, enforced at the database, runtime, prompt, and tool layers. Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Every tool call is logged for audit.

Call me or chat with me anytime. I know the platform end to end and handle configuration, troubleshooting, and account questions myself. And when the setup is technical, such as custom API integrations, webhooks, or complex routing, a human engineer builds it with you, included with any plan.

Yes. I introduce myself to a business by email once, ever, and I never follow up unless you reply or call. If you would rather not hear from me again, the unsubscribe link in it works immediately.

Hear me before you decide anything.

One call. I’ll learn your business, and you’ll know in two minutes whether you’d put me on your phones.
